1. Services Provided

ASAP SERVICES OF SW FLORIDA offers a variety of handyman services, including but not limited to:

Home RepairsHome RemodelingInterior & Exterior PaintingLandscapingPower Washing

All work is performed in a professional and timely manner to industry standards.

2. Service Areas

Our services are available throughout Southwest Florida. Specific availability may vary depending on location and project scope.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information given at the time of the request. Prices may vary if additional work or materials are required once the project begins. Clients will be notified of any changes before any additional work is started, additional charges for items outside of scope will be applied and approved by client prior to charge.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due as outlined in your project quote or invoice. Full payment is expected upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.We accept cash, check, debit, or credit card.

5. No Refunds Policy

All services rendered are non-refundable. Once work has begun, refunds will not be issued. We strive to ensure all work is done professionally, and we encourage communication throughout the project to ensure satisfaction.

6. Satisfaction and Warranty

We stand by the quality of our work and aim to address any concerns when notified promptly. However, due to the nature of certain services (e.g., landscaping or weather-exposed surfaces), we do not offer formal warranties unless specified in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.Disclose any hazards or relevant site information before the job begins. Please secure pets and personal belongings during service.

8. Liability

ASAP SERVICES OF SW FLORIDA is not liable for:

Pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our work. Delays due to weather, supply issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Any damages resulting from misuse or lack of maintenance following project completion.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Repeated cancellations or last-minute changes may result in an additional rescheduling fee, or service refusal.
